Tokki Soju Gold Label is aged at 120 proof in virgin American oak barrels. When the casks have reached maturity, the soju is blended to its signature flavor profile.

• Produced from glutinous rice locally sourced from Sacramento Valley
• Seven- to ten-day parallel fermentation usingnuruk, a starter made from milled barley inoculated with yeast

• Caramel, cinnamon, and amaretto on the nose precede a spicy palate of toasted cinnamon, vanilla, and black cherry with dark chocolate, licorice, and eucalyptus on the finish
