A softer, playful, Barossa Valley Shiraz that’s good to drink all year round. Rich of bramble fruit, stewed plum, and peppery fragrance. Medium bodied, with crunchy tannins and lovely tartness on the finish. It’s unfined, unfiltered, and with very minimal sulphur added at bottling.
Xavier Goodridge is at the vanguard of the natural wine movement in Victoria. He grows Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in is Gippsland vineyards, and sources fruit from around Victoria for his other fresh, lo-fi wines.
