Yellowstone’s Special Finishes Collection introduces the Toasted Kentucky Straight Bourbon, a 100-proof (50% ABV) expression that offers a unique take on their classic bourbon profile. This release is crafted by finishing their 4-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a combination of toasted staves, including High Toast, American Oak Double Toast, High Vanilla, Rickhouse, and Spicerack staves, to impart extra char and character.
