Ilegal Mezcal is distinguished by its balanced profile, with a mouthful of agave and a hint of smoke. Made with 100% Espadin agave, double distilled in Santiago Matatlan Valley of Oaxaca, Mexico.

Aged 6 months in combination of new and used American Oak, medium char barrels.

Tasting notes – Caramelized pear and bitter orange on the nose. Clove, butterscotch, and hints of vanilla on the palate.
