This powdered “dashi” seasoning maximizes the flavor of naturally brewed soy sauce, which is rich in vegetable amino acids, and mackerel, which is rich in animal amino acids.

The powdered version of the additive-free, low-sodium soy sauce “umishio,” which was jointly developed with a university in pursuit of natural flavor without relying on food additives, has five times the concentrated flavor. In addition, we searched for natural ingredients necessary for the flavor of dashi and blended them in our own golden ratio.

It contains all 20 amino acids necessary for the body. It is also rich in DHA, which makes the blood thinner, and taurine, a peptide that lowers blood pressure.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (including soybeans and wheat, manufactured in Japan), mackerel fish sauce, tapioca (used as dextrin to make powder), salt, bonito, scallop, shiitake mushroom, kelp.
Soybeans, wheat, and mackerel have been broken down by fermentation.

Storage method: Store at room temperature. It is highly hygroscopic, so please keep the lid tightly closed to avoid moisture. (It may harden due to moisture absorption, but there is no quality problem.

Soup: 0.3g (3 shakes) of mackerel soup stock powder per 120ml of hot water

3. Miso soup 450 ml of water, 2 1/2 tsp. mackerel broth powder, 1 1/2 tsp. miso
